This Privacy Policy explains how HighSquared.com ("High²," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with the High² platform and websites. High² is an independently operated platform and is not owned by or affiliated with At Cost Metals, LLC.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to two groups: members — the independent At Cost Metals affiliates who subscribe to and use High² — and prospects — the people a member invites to view their personalized presentation. Different information is collected about each group, as described below.
2. Information we collect from members
- Account information you provide, such as name, email, phone, business handle, profile photo, and links you choose to display.
- Billing information processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Usage information about how you interact with the platform, including pages viewed, features used, and device and log data.
3. Information we collect about prospects
When a member shares their presentation link, we collect limited information to power the experience and the member's readiness insights. This may include the prospect's interactions with the presentation (such as sections viewed, time spent, and choices made) and any contact details the prospect voluntarily submits. High²'s "Prospect Intelligence™" produces a behavior-based readiness estimate for the member; it is derived from these interactions and is never shown to the prospect. We do not sell prospect information, and prospects can request that their information be deleted (see "Your choices").
4. How we use information
- To provide, personalize, and improve the platform and the presentation experience.
- To generate readiness insights and next-best-action guidance for members about their own prospects.
- To process subscriptions, provide support, and communicate service-related messages.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, hosting, payment processing, analytics, and communications), under contracts that limit their use of it. A prospect's engagement information and submitted contact details are shared with the member whose link they used. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
7. Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information; no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Members can update account details in the platform. Prospects and members can make requests by contacting us at privacy@highsquared.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law. 9. Children's privacy
The platform is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
